HOW DOES THE TRAINING WORK ON THIS APP?

My workouts are accessible one week at a time, allowing you plenty of opportunity to arrange your schedule and meet our daily workouts. My training split is Bodybuilding-focused with ‘Rest Days’ already programmed. The training split is the exact workout program I execute every week.

WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED ASSESS TO?

All workouts are geared to be completed in a standard box gym. Golds, O2 Fitness, Lifetime. etc.

DO YOU OFFER NUTRITION GUIDANCE?

There is a Smart Meal Planner in the training app that will be created and set to your target macro goals, whether you are trying to bulk, cut, or recomp. You can access our extensive library of meals and recipes and easily swap with auto-generated meal plans guides that fit your goals and dietary preferences.

 

Actual Personalized Meal Plans can be requested for an additional cost.

WHO IS THIS TRAINING PROGRAM FOR?

The training split alone is for anyone who needs some form of structure in their daily gym routine. You dont have to be a bodybuilder to follow this program, it will allow you to train with clear intentions whether you want to bulk, cut or recomp. Both Men and Women from Intermediate to Advance can follow this and get great results if you are comitted to your nutrition/supplement plan as well. If you have specific lifestyle goals or actually compete or want to compete, I highly advise you to hire a coach so that you have everything customized to your needs. This program can be suitable for beginners as well but you will need some knowledge and understanding of training and nutrition.
